‘Right’ Can Mean Many Things To Many People

At WeidnerCA, ‘right’ has clear definition – It means that we do our work with honesty, transparency and with good intentions to create value for our clients, our partners, for each other and for the company.

We’re Easy to Work With

The WeidnerCA culture has been formed over many years by the people who founded and who have worked for the company. Together, these individuals have brought their shared values and vision to work every day and, over time, this has manifested itself in a culture unique to WeidnerCA that is rooted in doing things the right way. Our culture is what has made our company successful and is what will allow us to continue to thrive in the future.

We’re Better Than Yesterday

The Right Ideas, Right Delivery require a consistent investment in brain power. We learn from our mistakes, analyze our successes and measure results. We're driven by the constant pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement. It's in our DNA to evolve to become better.

The American Dream

Like many families in the 50's, Ed and Char Weidner dreamed of living a life beyond merely existing. Though Ed's passion for illustration seemed like a longshot to build a business around, Char encouraged Ed to take a run at it. The two planned for hours and days before deciding to go into the sign business. With a dream and a plan, the two set out to start House of Signs. Today, the family legacy lives on through our work, our culture and the core values we live by. Do it right. Be easy to work with. Be better than yesterday.
