The Luma is a new building in the heart of Little Italy, San Diego. This building was branded and built with the community context in mind. The design features are cohesive with the oceanic atmosphere and lead all residents up to the sky-high amenities.
The amenities and layout of the building are high-end, so the sky was the limit when we selected the art and graphics throughout the building. All the designs intentionally communicate an upward movement throughout the property. Our wayfinding signage design is understated and compels residents and visitors to the rooftop amenities, making these amenities the focal point of the atmosphere.
