Exclusive and bold, that is what the Shift Apartments and STLT Workspace are. Reflective of its name, ‘Shift’, the property’s leasing office was built on the top floor, rather than the first floor. The goal of our design features and wayfinding signage was to add to that unique aspect, and to create a “WOW!” factor when residents arrive, then guide them up.
The STLT workspace is within the Shift property and acts as small, rentable office spaces. The STLT includes high-end technology in a modern office space. All of the design features our team created and installed were cohesive with the modern look and feel of STLT and the fantastic angles and lines that were built into the Shift property.
