From top to bottom, Abaca reflects our abilities to enhance space through solutions and expertise. These nautical themed apartments are a product of the Avant Group and WeidnerCA team collaboration. Our team coordinated and fabricated every detail of the design, going as far as hand-tying the rope that hung several room identifiers.
To carry the maritime atmosphere, our team custom built brass-ringed wooden overhead room identifying signage. We also developed the idea of continuing the property’s narrative on the electrical boxes, by wrapping them with old photos of the area. Along with custom fabrication, the WeidnerCA team coordinated the hand-painting of graphics on several surfaces, including the seal on the foyer floor.
