Exclusive and bold, that is what the Shift Apartments are
Reflective of its name, ‘Shift’, the property’s leasing office was built on the top floor, rather than the first floor. The goal of our design features and wayfinding signage was to add to that unique aspect, and to create a “WOW!” factor when residents arrive, then guide them up.
The daring entrance was uniquely placed in the garage of the property since the point-of-arrival for most residents and visitors is there. The entrance had to be striking and the WeidnerCA team was tasked with the challenge to successfully guide pedestrians into the garage, and then upwards to the leasing center and rooftop amenities.
